We want you to be happy!

We make our best effort to deliver products free of defects. All Audiofrog speaker designs are subjected to a battery of environmental, reliability and performance tests during the engineering and development process. We subject them to extreme heat and cold, high and low humidity, exposure to ultraviolet light and vibration. We drop test them and compression test the packaging to ensure that great performing and reliable products make it all the way to you. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes and we are prepared to own ours. If your product is defective, we will happily make things right. Examples of defects occasionally found in speakers are glue that has degraded in storage or transportation or incorrect assembly. While we do our best to prevent these problems, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.

Most speaker failures, however, are not defects. Rather, they are caused by installation related errors or abuse. Cones and surrounds that are destroyed because they come in contact with other surfaces, like door panels and cargo in the trunk, while they are playing are not defects. Be careful if you are installing these yourself. “Blown” speakers with burned voice coils caused by exposure to too much power for too long are not defects. In the case of abuse or incorrect installation, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution at a special replacement cost.

Audiofrog will repair or replace your product found to be defective at our discretion during the warranty period. Shipping failed units back to us is your responsibility. If your speaker is found to be defective, we will ship the repaired speaker or a replacement back to you at no charge to you. Please save your original purchase receipt. A valid receipt from an authorized Audiofrog dealer is required for warranty service.
